What people say about us

“From the minute I brought my sister in for an assessment, my sister has felt at ease. Management have been great in assisting with arranging funds with social services and making my sister feel comfortable from the get-go. The whole team from the admin, nurses, caterers and the carers are amazing and the family can’t thank you all enough.”

C C (Brother of Resident)

“We could not be any happier. Everybody is so helpful and caring, not only for my dad but for my mum and as a family. My father arrived in August 2024 after 11 weeks in hospital recovering from a stroke. Thank you for everything you do.”

Julie S (Daughter of Resident)

“Since her arrival my wife’s care has been consistently good. From personal care to repairing the bed, nothing is too much trouble.”

R R (Husband of Resident)

“What can I say it’s beautiful I am so happy my mother is in this nursing home, beautiful and clean, staff are amazing. [I’d] like to say a special thank you to two members of staff, in particular, who gave me the time to answer all my questions. We met a member of staff who talked us all through the Financial side too. So welcoming every time we go there. Thank you to all staff who take the very best care of my mother, and a thank you to the reception staff who all introduced themselves to us and who all knew my mother.
The kindest of regards.”

Martin D (Son of Resident)

“My mother has resided at Bispham Gardens Care & Nursing Home for three years now and we are so relieved that we found such an excellent home.
All the staff are always friendly, helpful and eager to assist both residents and visitors. Care is delivered to a very high standard and residents are always treated with respect and dignity.
It is so reassuring to know that she receives the best of care and myself and all the family would have no hesitation in recommending the home. A big thank you to the manager and all her team for the amazing job you do.”
