GEM Awards Handed Out

Glenholme is proud to announce the latest winners of the Glenholme GEM Awards, recognising two exceptional members of our team who consistently demonstrate dedication, compassion and excellence in their roles.

Congratulations to Dillis Boampong from Haddon House and Kody Overton from Thimbleby Court, our most recent GEM Award recipients.

The Glenholme GEM Award celebrates individuals who go above and beyond in their daily work, making a meaningful difference to the lives of the people we support. Dillis Boampong – Haddon House

Dillis has been recognised for her hardworking and compassionate nature. She consistently ensures that every individual in her care feels safe, valued and well supported. Colleagues describe her as dependable, considerate and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Her calm approach and positive attitude help create a warm and reassuring environment at Haddon House. Dillis’ dedication does not go unnoticed, and this award is a fitting acknowledgement of the care and effort she brings to her role each day.

Kody Overton – Thimbleby Court

Kody has been awarded the GEM Award for his outstanding contribution at Thimbleby Court. Known for his commitment and professionalism, Kody plays an important role in maintaining a supportive and engaging atmosphere for residents.

His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile ensure that the people living at Thimbleby Court receive the highest standard of care and attention. Colleagues have praised his reliability, teamwork and consistent focus on delivering positive outcomes.
