Glenholme’s aim is to provide the best care to the people we support, and these efforts have been recognised by Alantra.
We are delighted to announce we have been placed within the top care providers listed in Alantra’s Specialist Care Fast 50 report for the second consecutive year, as well as getting noticed for our high-quality support in Learning Disabilities.
We also appreciate the recognition for our recruitment and retention programs as mentioned in the report. At Glenholme, we like to celebrate and reward our colleagues for their hard work and dedication to the company. In the last 12 months, we updated our staff perks scheme and hosted our first Glenholme Care Awards ceremony in October 2021 to show our appreciation for staff.
We strive to provide the best care to the people we support, and as the company grows, so does the ability to help us branch out and support those most vulnerable. Opening new facilities is a key part of our future and we have exciting plans for additional growth, with two new Senior Living Care Homes under development in Horncastle, Lincolnshire and March, Cambridgeshire.
