Featuring contributions from residents, staff and family members, the video reflects the community atmosphere, shared values and thoughtful care that underpin everyday life at Holdingham Grange.

Set in the heart of Sleaford, Holdingham Grange provides residential and dementia care in a purpose-built setting. The video captures scenes from across the home, including its gardens, communal areas and private rooms, while highlighting moments of connection between residents, loved ones and the team.

Hearing from the People Who Know it Best

The video opens with John, a resident, who shares what the home means to him. He speaks about the sense of harmony and peace he feels at Glenholme, describing Holdingham Grange as his home and saying he considers everyone there to be his family. He adds that he would not want to live anywhere else.

We also hear from Rebecca, the Home Manager, who reflects on the importance of the residents and the role the home plays in their lives.

Sanjay, Events Co-ordinator, discusses the aim of planning activities that bring happiness to residents, emphasising that the home is theirs and the goal is to create experiences they can enjoy.

Ebony, Senior Carer, speaks about the close-knit relationships between the team and residents, describing the environment as one where people look out for each other and work as a family.
