MANOR CRESCENT, BYFLEET

Situated within the serene confines of a quiet residential neighbourhood, Manor Crescent demonstrates Glenholme’s sincere commitment to providing meticulously adapted, residential care for people with learning disabilities. By placing the person at the centre of our practice, we passionately uphold a model of care that cherishes individuality, promotes Positive Behaviour Support, and zealously advocates for the independence and choice of each person we are privileged to support. Our experienced and attentive staff navigate the journey with those under our care and their families, continually fostering a culture enveloped in dignity, respect, and mutual understanding.

Embracing a harmonious balance between shared and private spaces, Manor Crescent boasts two carefully configured four-bedroom homes, each designed to anticipate and respond to the unique needs of our residents. Ample ensuite bedrooms afford personal sanctuary, while communal use of the inviting kitchen and lounge facilities nurtures a spirit of unity and shared experience. The lush and expansive gardens offer not only a space for socialising but also a peaceful retreat for reflection and relaxation. Furthermore, with thoughtful consideration towards accessibility and mobility, the home incorporates features such as a tracking hoist and sizeable wet rooms, ensuring a comprehensively supportive and enabling environment for all, including those who utilise wheelchairs.

Nestled close to the heart of a vibrant community, the homes are a stone’s throw from a myriad of shops, restaurants, and essential transport links, offering direct bus routes to the bustling locales of Woking, Weybridge, and Cobham. This strategic positioning not only facilitates numerous opportunities for social and recreational activities but also intertwines the lives of our residents with the pulse of the local and wider community. The ethos of Glenholme and Manor Crescent is deeply rooted in crafting these tangible, vibrant links, weaving a life experience that is not only enriching and inclusive but also fervently assures each individual that their residential care service is indeed, their home.
