Holdingham Grange

64-bed care home providing residential, nursing, dementia, respite and end of life care.

Holdingham Grange is a purpose-built care home offering nursing and residential care located on the outskirts of historic Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Holdingham Grange offers a spacious and luxurious environment. Residents benefit from lounges, library, a cinema room, café, hairdressers and generous grounds.

All rooms are en-suite and some have their own patio gardens. At Glenholme our mission is to provide the best care and support to everyone we work with. We want to enable them to exercise choice and live as independently as possible in a safe and homely setting. Our care is bespoke and recognises the needs of the individual and how those needs vary over time.

At Holdingham Grange we provide both nursing and residential care including care for those with dementia. Our care staff are fully trained to be person-centred and to understand the specific needs of those they care for. The home is run by Hazel Whittaker and her team. Hazel is a highly experienced nurse and home manager.

Located on the Northside of Sleaford, Holdingham Grange is surrounded by dozens of well-maintained green spaces and neighbours our Meadowbeck specialist dementia and challenging behaviour care home. There are excellent transport links to Sleaford town centre and station and a minibus is available on site for residents.
