All rooms are en-suite and some have their own patio gardens. At Glenholme our mission is to provide the best care and support to everyone we work with. We want to enable them to exercise choice and live as independently as possible in a safe and homely setting. Our care is bespoke and recognises the needs of the individual and how those needs vary over time.
At Holdingham Grange we provide both nursing and residential care including care for those with dementia. Our care staff are fully trained to be person-centred and to understand the specific needs of those they care for. The home is run by Hazel Whittaker and her team. Hazel is a highly experienced nurse and home manager.
Located on the Northside of Sleaford, Holdingham Grange is surrounded by dozens of well-maintained green spaces and neighbours our Meadowbeck specialist dementia and challenging behaviour care home. There are excellent transport links to Sleaford town centre and station and a minibus is available on site for residents.

OUR TEAM
Holdingham Grange senior living facility hosts a team of over 60 care professionals as well as our excellent cleaning, maintenance, and catering staff. They are led by our home manager and supported by the wider Glenholme Healthcare Group.

Hazel Whittaker
Registered Home Manager
Hazel has 35 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse and has been a care home manager since 2003. Hazel is passionate about the care of the elderly and has served with Glenholme since 2018.
LIFE WITH GLENHOLME
Before making the final decision to move into Holdingham Grange potential residents will be encouraged to spend time there to ensure it is the best place for them. A comprehensive pre-admission assessment will be completed which will concentrate on the persons’ needs and wishes.
