At Wendreth Court, we deeply understand the uniqueness of each individual. Our care approach is bespoke and centred around personal preferences and needs. A dedicated team, in close collaboration with local healthcare professionals, ensures holistic well-being for every resident. Our dementia wing, aligned with the National Dementia Strategy, is designed to aid orientation, while our trained staff adeptly support those with dementia.

Cristina and her team have undergone extensive checks prior to employment to ensure that they have the skills and qualities we require when working with older and vulnerable people. They are trained in moving & handling, health & safety, food hygiene, basic first aid, abuse awareness (safeguarding), administering medicine, infection control and the care certificate as well as other bespoke training as required.
LIFE WITH GLENHOLME
Before making the final decision to move into Halmer Court potential residents will be encouraged to spend time there to ensure it is the best place for them. A comprehensive pre-admission assessment will be completed which will concentrate on the persons’ needs and wishes.
