Our experienced and well trained staff provide individualised care and Positive Behavioural Support to promote independence and choice. There is a universal commitment within the whole of Glenholme to treat those we support and their families with dignity and respect.

Vincent Place is a modern gated development built in 2010. Each service user has their own spacious and well maintained one or two bedroomed flat, providing greater independence and the opportunity to develop life skills. The service also offers access to a spacious warm communal flat where tenants can go if they wish to socialise or need a bit of extra support 24/7. Vincent Place is located in the centre of the community in Old Town Stevenage, just meters away from the high street with shops, cafes, restaurants, entertainment and community activities. This ensures service users are able to create positive links with the local and wider community.
