We are excited to announce the outcome of the recent CQC inspection as Outstanding at our Specialist Services, Warwick Manor and Shakespeare House in Bedford. The feedback received from the inspection stated that “We received an overwhelming amount of positive feedback about the staff team who were described as highly motivated, providing people using the service with exceptionally compassionate and kind care and support. Through trust and a consistent approach, they have helped people to overcome significant barriers and ultimately have more control over their lives”.
Massive congratulations to Jaine Hale, Registered Manager at Warwick Manor, Karen Dobson, Service Manager at Shakespeare House, and the whole team in Bedford for their excellent accomplishment.
