Starting or maintaining a regular exercise routine can be a challenge at any age and it doesn’t get any easier as we get older. We may feel discouraged by health problems, aches and pains, or concerned about injuries and falls. However, there are an abundance of wellbeing benefits related to fitness.
In order to stay in the best shape possible, Holdingham Grange offers an exercise programme for all Residents. Included in the programme is an individualised tailored exercise which is carefully monitored to ensure Residents are continually kept safe.
Although this was hard work, the Residents really enjoyed this activity!
