At Glenholme, we like to recognise and acknowledge colleagues for their hard work and dedication to the people we support. We regularly like to show our appreciation through internal awards such as the Glenholme Care Awards 2021.
The Senior Management Team wanted to recognise the importance of the Deputy Manager role. ‘Deputy of the Year’ was awarded to Stephanie from Haddon House, who was nominated for her outstanding work ethic and professionalism. This award was presented by Mitchell who is a service user at Glenholme.
