At Glenholme, we like to recognise and acknowledge colleagues for their hard work and dedication to the people we support. We regularly like to show our appreciation through internal awards such as the Glenholme Care Awards 2021.
We also love to see our colleagues enhance their professional development, which is exactly what Atlanta from Bispham Gardens did. Starting at Glenholme with no care experience at all, Atlanta has grown to become a very experienced carer with great compassion and dedication. Atlanta was awarded ‘Support Worker of the Year Residential’ at the awards ceremony, presented by Andrew, a service user at Glenholme.
