At Glenholme, we like to recognise and acknowledge colleagues for their hard work and dedication to the people we support. We regularly like to show our appreciation through internal awards such as the Glenholme Care Awards 2021.
At the awards ceremony, we wanted to recognise the importance of the Team Leader as this plays a crucial role in guiding and encouraging team members day-to-day. The ‘Team Leader of the Year’ award went to Katy from Warwick Manor. Katy was described by one of the service users as the most helpful person they have come across and can trust her with everything. This award was presented by Phillip who is a service user at Glenholme. Well done Katy!
