Greenbanks is a specialist supported living service located in the peaceful neighbourhood of Saltdean, Brighton. At Greenbanks, we provide dedicated care and support to people with learning disabilities, including those with autism, physical disabilities, and complex needs. Our aim is to help our residents live happy, healthy, and safe lives, reaching their full potential. Greenbanks, situated on Greenbank Avenue, features four comfortable bedrooms, each designed to meet the unique needs of our residents.
Our service is focused on providing individualised care, ensuring each person receives the support they need to lead an independent and meaningful life. We believe in the importance of being active members of the community. The Greenbanks team, comprised of experienced professionals, offers care that is both compassionate and respectful. We use a Positive Behavioural Support approach, prioritising the independence and choices of our residents.
We also place great importance on working closely with the people we support, their families, and friends. We encourage their involvement and make sure that their opinions and suggestions are heard and acted upon. This collaborative approach ensures that the care we provide is truly centred around the needs and preferences of our residents.

OUR TEAM
Saltdean Villa supported living facility hosts a team of care professionals as well as our excellent cleaning and maintenance staff. They are led by our home manager and supported by the wider Glenholme Healthcare Group.
Ula Peazold
Regional Operations Director
Ula and her staff team have undergone extensive checks prior to employment to ensure that they have the skills and qualities we require when working with vulnerable people. They are trained in health & safety, basic first aid, abuse awareness (safeguarding), administering medicine, infection control and the care certificate as well as other bespoke training as required.
LIFE WITH GLENHOLME
Before making the final decision to move into our Glenholme facility, potential residents will be encouraged to spend time there to ensure it is the best place for them. A comprehensive pre-admission assessment will be completed which will concentrate on the persons’ needs and wishes.
