Hawthorn Manor aims to deliver individually designed care and support to enable people to lead independent, meaningful lives as active members of the community. We work in partnership with the people we support, their family and friends and will encourage their active involvement, ensuring their views and comments are listened to and acted upon. Our experienced and well trained staff provide individualised care and Positive Behavioural Support to promote independence and choice. There is a universal commitment within the whole of Glenholme to treat those we support and their families with dignity and respect.
They have supported access to local services and access to additional therapeutic services such as aromatherapy, music therapy. As part of recovery, we make sure that those we support at Hawthorn Manor have access to our Community Builder Function which includes external vocational placements, college classes, leisure activities, support groups and networks. Hawthorn Manor is a 9-bedroom home with a generous communal lounge, kitchen and garden for shared use. Hawthorn Manor is situated in a leafy suburb of North London close to shops and good transport links.

OUR TEAM
Hawthorn Manor residential care facility hosts a team of care professionals as well as our excellent cleaning and maintenance staff. They are led by our home manager and supported by the wider Glenholme Healthcare Group.
Fran Winney
Operations Manager
Fran and her team have undergone extensive checks prior to employment ensuring that they have the skills and qualities we require when working with vulnerable people. They are trained in health & safety, basic first aid, abuse awareness (safeguarding), administering medicine, infection control and the care certificate as well as other bespoke training as required.
LIFE WITH GLENHOLME
Before making the final decision to move into our Glenholme facility, potential residents will be encouraged to spend time there to ensure it is the best place for them. A comprehensive pre-admission assessment will be completed which will concentrate on the persons’ needs and wishes.
