Manor Cresent is a specialist residential care and supported living service which has been developed to enable people with learning disabilities to live happy, healthy, safe lives and to achieve their full potential. The team at Manor Cresent is able to support individuals with diverse needs including those with:

Our experienced and well trained staff provide individualised care and Positive Behavioural Support to promote independence and choice. There is a universal commitment within the whole of Glenholme to treat those we support and their families with dignity and respect.

Manor Crescent consists of one four roomed home for supported living and one four roomed home for residential care. Both homes have been remodelled to provide generous ensuite bedrooms, shared use of the kitchen, lounge and beautiful spacious gardens for socialising.

The homes are located on a quiet residential street close to shops, restaurants and transport links, including direct bus routes into Woking, Weybridge and Cobham. This ensures residents are able to create positive links with the local and wider community.
